These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of InfiniteLooper located at infinitelooper.tube (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Description of the Service

InfiniteLooper allows users to repeat YouTube videos in an AB loop, set custom start and end points, adjust playback speed, make notes and save loops. A free tier lets you save up to five loops and notes; the Pro tier (paid) offers unlimited saved loops and notes, tags, premium keyboard shortcuts, multi-device access and premium support.

The Service integrates YouTube videos via the YouTube API; by using InfiniteLooper you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Minimum age: 16 years.
You must create an account with a valid email and password to use advanced features.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity on your account.
Information provided must be accurate and kept up to date.

4. Plans, Payments and Cancellation

The Service offers a Free Plan with limited features and a Pro Plan with additional features.
The current prices and available features are listed on our Pricing Page.
Payments are processed securely by third-party processors (such as Stripe or PayPal). We do not store full payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Cancelling within 14 days of the first purchase entitles you to a full refund.
Lifetime payments are also subject to the same 14-day withdrawal right; after that, the payment is final.
We may change prices or features. Any changes will be updated on the Pricing Page. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may cancel your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes. Do not post illegal, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent or harmful content. Do not misuse the Service with bots, reverse engineering or unauthorized access. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to InfiniteLooper or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or exploit the Service without permission. Content you create (loops/notes) may be hosted solely to operate the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

We link to external sites such as YouTube. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be notified. If you continue to use the Service after changes, you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
